1. Introduction

Welcome to 3D Premium Chess, a chess game developed and published by Tarak Industries ("we", "us", "our").

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the 3D Premium Chess app available on Google Play.

We designed 3D Premium Chess to be played without creating an account and without collecting personal information.

By installing or using 3D Premium Chess, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

3D Premium Chess does not require registration, login or an account. We do not ask for, collect or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal information inside the app.

B. Game Data Stored on Your Device

To give you a smooth experience, the app may save the following only on your device:

  • Your current game position and move history
  • Your chosen side (White or Black) and AI difficulty
  • Settings such as camera view (Player Cam, Overhead, Side), room theme (for example Palace Hall or Royal Gold), sound on/off, ambient intensity and candlelight flicker levels

This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else.

C. Crash and Diagnostic Information

If the app crashes, Google Play may collect anonymous crash and performance reports (such as device model, Android version and app version) and share them with us through the Google Play Console, depending on your device settings. These reports do not identify you personally and are used only to find and fix problems.

3. How We Use Information

The limited information described above is used only to:

  • Save and restore your games and settings
  • Run the AI opponent and 3D graphics on your device
  • Fix crashes and improve stability and performance

We do not use any information for advertising profiling, and we do not build user profiles.

4. Permissions

3D Premium Chess does not need access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, SMS, call logs or personal files to play. If a future version requires a new permission, we will explain why in the app and update this policy before that version is released.

5. Advertising and In-App Purchases

The current version of 3D Premium Chess does not show third-party advertisements and does not offer in-app purchases.

If we add ads or purchases in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and the app's Data safety information on Google Play before the change goes live. Any purchases would be processed by Google Play Billing; we would never receive your full card or bank details.

6. Third-Party Services

The app is distributed through Google Play, which may process information as described in Google's own Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), for example to install and update the app or to provide crash reports.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs in the current version of the app.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade any information. Because the app does not collect personal information, we have no personal data to share with third parties.

We may disclose information only if required to do so by law.

8. Data Security

Game data stays in the app's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot normally access. We follow good development practices to keep the app secure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Because game data is stored only on your device, you are always in control of it:

  • Start fresh: tap New Game to clear the current game.
  • Delete all app data: open your phone's Settings → Apps → 3D Premium Chess → Storage → Clear data.
  • Uninstall: uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device.

We do not hold any account or personal data about you on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. If you have any questions, contact us at help@tarakindustries.site.

10. Children's Privacy

3D Premium Chess is a general-audience board game that people of all ages can enjoy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). The app has no chat, no social features, no account creation and no ads.

If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or applicable Indian data protection law), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we do not collect personal data through the app, these requests usually do not apply — but you can always contact us and we will help.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when laws require it. Any updates will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Please review this page from time to time.
