Option 1 — Delete inside the app
- Open All Document Reader & Converter and sign in.
- Go to More → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion on this page
Fill in the form below using the email address linked to your account. We will verify the request and reply by email.

What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email address, mobile number if provided, account identifier).
- Documents and data stored in our cloud services for your account.
- App preferences linked to your account.
What may be kept
- Records we must keep by law, for security, fraud prevention, or to resolve outstanding obligations (for example, purchase records handled by Google Play Billing).
- Files saved locally on your phone are not removed by account deletion — delete them from your device or uninstall the app.
How long it takes
We process valid requests within [30] days and confirm by email. Uninstalling the app does not delete your cloud account — please use one of the options above.
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Cancel them in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions so you are not charged again.
